You can delete your data from Atlas (operated by GRR BAOW LLC) at any time. This page explains exactly how, including how to delete data we obtained through accounts you connected such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, or Microsoft.
Option 1 — Disconnect a single platform
In the Atlas app at app.atlasecom.ai, go to Connections, find the platform you want to remove, and choose Disconnect. When you disconnect a platform, Atlas immediately stops accessing it and deletes or revokes the stored access tokens and cached data for that platform.
Option 2 — Delete your entire Atlas account
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account, or email us at shrey@grrbaow.com with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and associated data.
Option 3 — Email a data deletion request
Email shrey@grrbaow.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email associated with your account, and tell us what you would like deleted (a specific connected platform, or everything).
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.
Deleting data obtained through Facebook or Instagram (Meta)
If you connected Atlas to Facebook or Instagram and want to delete the data we obtained through that login, you can:
- Remove Atlas from your Facebook account: open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Atlas, and select Remove. This revokes Atlas’s access.
- And/or email shrey@grrbaow.com with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion”. We will delete the data obtained through Facebook/Instagram and confirm within 30 days.
Deleting data obtained through Google or Microsoft
You can revoke Atlas’s access from your Google Account permissions or from your Microsoft account’s app permissions at any time, and/or email us to request deletion of the data we obtained. Revoking access stops all future access immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your Atlas account profile and settings.
- Access tokens and credentials for the connected platforms you requested to remove.
- Data Atlas cached from those platforms to provide the Service.
We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations, or in de-identified and aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
